At a glance, the Property Management Office (PMO):
• Holds the initial orientation for the property owner upon turnover.
•
Assists you in applying for basic utilities like power and
communications. Instead of making you attend to them personally, we look
after you by forwarding your respective applications.
• Facilities maintenance and general upkeep of common areas and landscape
• Assist you for minor works, like the installation of air conditioning units and curtains, and the clearing of clogged drains.
•
The PMO also serves as an information center for the specific
properties. You can count on us to answer your property related
questions, like information on units and about the surrounding vicinity.
• Acts as liaison officers for you and DMCI Homes.
•
The PMO is also in charge of spearheading community events like sports
fests, family days, Halloween trick or treating and Christmas parties.
• Assists in payment of basic utilities such as: water, electricity and communication bills
• Oversee operations of commercial and other services such as water station & laundry in the community.
