  • A.  Release of Titles

    Once your documents are ready for release, you will be informed when your papers are ready for pickup.

    Papers that you will be receiving are the following:
    1.    Notarized Deed of Absolute Sale
    2.    Tax Declaration
    3.    Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT)

    Please take note of the following requirements when claiming your documents:
    1.    One (1) Government Issued ID will be required if you will claim papers personally.
    2.    If you will be unable to claim your papers, your representative will be required to present a Notarized special power of attorney together with one Government
           issued ID.
    3.    If you are based abroad, your representative will be required to present a consularized special power of attorney together with one Government issued ID.
    4.    If your spouse will be receiving your papers in your behalf, he or she will be required to present a signed letter of consent together with one government
           issued ID.
    5.    If the unit is under a corporate account, the authorized representative will be required to present a letter from the corporate secretary, company ID and
           Government Issued ID.
